Box never came

I have been using BA since Sept 2016 and have had a really enjoyable time. Recently, we wanted to give another similar service a try and skipped BA for a month. This week was going to be our first box in a while and I was looking forward to the menu. However, the box wasn't at my doorstep when I came home from work like it usually is... waited.. waited... eventually I looked at my email and BA had sent an message saying they noticed the box was delayed but they notified the delivery company to prioritize our box. Today I got an email saying the box isn't coming.... just like that. What the heck? Has this happened to anyone else? :(
