Urine leak while cat is sleeping.

My dude is 3 years old neutered and has this problem where he has started to pee randomly.I found out that he had pissed a little in the spot where he sleeps.Also he randomly started spraying some time back.Not little but a lot of urine was sprayed by him.Could this be a urinary bladder infection.I give dry food and lots of water to drink.

Can someone help me here with whats happening.
