Help with MatLab hw??

My professor wants us to creat a 3x4 matrix called XZ from the first, third and fourth rows and the first two and last two columns. I learn nothing in class because he reads off of powerpoint slides and barely uses the app. Please help.

I've been using this to help, but its confusing. I took this straight form the slides.
