Pc wont boot with graphics card inserted

I have been desperately looking for answers to this problem. Hopefully someone can help me.

I recently purchased a used i5 3570k to replace my i3 in my computer. I installed it and everything was working fine. About half an hour into playing a game my PC crashed and turned off. When I tried to reboot my computer it would just desplay a black screen. I removed my graphics card from my pc and it booted fine. I checked information about my CPU and it appeared to have good temps.

Anytime I install my graphics card my PC failed to boot and just desplays a black screen. I should note the graphics card worked fine before the new cpu was installed.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or can suggest a possible fix? Thanks
