Help me out with a traffic ticket hearing

King County, WA.

I got a ticket for speeding as well as driving without insurance. I have a pre-hearing conference tomorrow.

I did have insurance at the time, I just could not find it. I believe I was going 11 over. What is a pre-hearing, and what should I do when I get there?

What is the difference between a pre-hearing and a hearing, and why did this case go to a pre-hearing instead?
