[No Spoilers] Can I safely delete obsolete Origins characters?

Is it safe to delete the copies of Origins and Awakening characters and just keep the Witch Hunt save (or just the Origins save and keep the Awakening save, as the case may be)? I recently started a new play through, and I like having hard copies of all my decisions that I made off the cloud, but I also don't want to clutter up the keep. I also don't want to have to bother deleting a thousand redundant characters (because they're the same one) that got re-uploaded because Origins classifies those three campaigns as "different characters". And honestly, it'd be nice to clear out the list of characters I have saved anyway, and getting rid of the redundancies would really help there.

So, yeah, just that question, can I safely delete them without having to re-input choices if I re-upload?
