Lamictal 200mg suddenly not working.

Newish member here. So thankful for this sub. I am a 27 y/o male who was recently diagnosed (in September) bipolar II. Psych slowly titrated me up to 200mg of lamictal (lamotrigine). It worked wonders for me initially and I was very satisfied with it's effectiveness. However, about 3 weeks ago, my OCD, agitation, worry, anxiety, excessive energy and sleep trouble began to resurface. I know that people sometimes experience a diminishing of effectiveness after a while on some meds. I was successful on a therapeutic level of the med for nearly 6 months. Now, I worry. Any similar experiences? I am considering proposing an increase to 300mg next week at a psych. appointment.
