[Contract] Njordomir - Trapmaster01 - ComradeNick

-This is a public posting and signing of a legally binding contract between the users u/Njordomir, u/ComradeNick, and u/HeseidBasa (Trapmaster01).

-Signatures will be done in a reply to the first signature by the Notary, you only have to sign once regardless how of how many signature places are within the contract.

-Once all parties have signed in the comment as described the contract is considered legally binding for all parties involved.

Exchange Contract:

This Agreement is made effective as of Thursday 16th, 2017. By and between Njordomir, ComradeNick, and Trapmaster01 who all know and acknowledge that upon signing this document, the individual is agreeing to a legally binding contract. The exchanges agreed upon are detailed as such. (all coordinates include the 2 blocks of its respective 4-Block rule)

A) Njordomir:

i)	    Njordomir, of sound mind and body, freely relinquishes ownership and rights to the land describe inclusively between the coordinates of (2274, 3168); (2294, 3168); (2294, 3192); (2274, 3192); ( X , Z ). Unto the possession of ComradeNick.

I, Njordomir ,agree to the exchanges proposed. X_______________________

B) ComradeNick:

i)	    ComradeNick, of sound mind and body, freely relinquishes ownership and rights to the property detailed inclusively between the coordinates of (2286, 3165); (2286, 3152); ( X , Z ). Unto the possession of Trapmaster01.

ii)	    ComradeNick, also agrees to end any further litigation against Trapmaster01 that concerns the four-block rule and how it applies to their current property.

I, ComradeNick ,agree to the exchanges proposed. X_______________________

C) Trapmaster01:

i)	    Trapmaster01, of sound mind and body, freely exchanges a monetary benefit, represented by 128x Golden Ingots, Unto the ownership of ComradeNick.   

I, Trapmaster01 ,agree to the exchanges proposed. X_______________________

1. It is understood by all parties that, completion and submission of this form by all three individuals represent the intent of each to enter into a legally binding contract. Upon acceptance of the product(s) and/or service(s) within the bid time, agrees to submit the exchange for product(s) and/or services via barter and other means (golden ingots), as arranged. Each party agrees to inform the other of all anticipated fees before commencement of any exchange of product(s) and/or services.

2. All parties attest that they are freely/legally entering into this agreement and will abide by its directives and requirements.

3. All parties will adhere to the price set by each as final. Both parties attest that the pricing for product(s) and/or service(s) represents fair market value, to the best of their knowledge, within that industry.

4. All parties represent and warrant that the product(s) and/or service(s) offered for barter can legally be sold by them. They also represent and warrant that the product(s) and/or service(s) do not infringe upon any statutory copyright or upon any common law rights, proprietary rights or any other rights whatsoever.

5. Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, trustees, agents assigns, and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, liabilities and costs, including attorneys' fees, arising out of any alleged breach of the foregoing warranties or any alleged violation of copyright or other property rights.

6. All parties attest that all information included in this contract is true, to the best of their knowledge.

7. If a party opts to terminate the barter arrangement, that party agrees to compensate the other party fairly for any product(s) and/or service(s) provided to date of the termination notice.
