Transfer Question!?

Hi, I was curious if anyone knew of any good colleges/universities that do not look at high school grades or do not consider them in transfer? I'm currently in junior college and I have a 4.0 GPA while running track and cross country and a job. I had awful grades in high school so I only have my juco GPA to show my successes.
