Should I contact animal control?

A neighbor doesn't take very good of their cat and lets it roam around outside. She is a sweetie, but is always trying to get into my house (and has a few times) to see my own indoor cat. I've told the owners that they need to keep better track, but they don't seem to care about it. Should I involve animal control next time it enters my house? I personally wish I could keep her.
