Should i stop?[help]

I'm now comfortable enough to let my 6 month old sleep on my bed with me. He is pretty much trained and sleeps through the night.

However, i'm a student. I let him sleep with me 6/7 days a week. On one of the days i have a 12 hour placement at the hospital so i wake up around 5. So it just makes more sense for my sister to take him. However, she refuses to let him on her bed and crates him.

Last night, he was with her and around 3AM he woke up the whole house from barking because he wanted to most likely come sleep with me. I feel so bad because i do understand i'm getting him used to it. But i also love having him on my bed.

Am i being unfair to my dog? should i just crate him every night at this point?
