Scart to component converter causing intermittent yellow tint to screen

I've narrowed the yellow tint issue down to being from the scart to component converter. I've had it for a few years now and seems to have been happening more frequently. Out of nowhere the image will get a very noticeably yellow tint. Sometimes if I unplug and plug back in it goes away.

Has anyone had this issue before? Wondering if there is a solution before I buy a replacement.
