Converting flex

Hey, I have around $250 flex dollars left. I found out they don't carry over to the next school year and you can't use them at barnes and noble( If i could buy books with them , I would be in heaven) . Is there any way to convert them into cash? (e.g an item you can buy from the pod or starbucks that you can resell or something?)
