USB Hub & Laptop - Not recognising Mouse + Keyboard until I reinsert both after a restart or disconnection of the HUB usb

Any Suggestions?

EDIT: It is Cozoo brand (I am assuming that it is a cheap import) It is USB 3.0 though Powered through USB I have a Logitech M570 wireless mouse with Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard I hope this helps
