Heavier guy looking to get a GTI SE - do those seat bolsters work themselves in at all?

Just as the title says - I sat down in a GTI SE and absolutely love the interior, sound system, outside look, drive of the car, and so on. However, at 5'11" and 218 pounds, the seat bolsters are a little bit much for me to stuff myself into.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I've sat down in older / used models, and they feel like a perfect fit. However, any brand new 2017 GTI feels a little tight around the waist. Does the seat wear in or stretch out at all?
