Sick for a month but no answers

I'm a 30yr old white female, in the N.E. US. I've been having pain in my ribs, not my chest or lungs, my actual ribs. I went to urgent care twice; the first time I went I was diagnosed with Costchronditis. It ended up getting worse (excruciating actually) and I had called my doctor but he said that I needed to wait it out. During this time (about a week and a half) I started vomiting on and off, mostly bile, occasionally food so I decided to go back to urgent care.they thought it was my gallbladder and did ultrasounds but didn't see anything. The doctor wanted me to go to the hospital but I decided to wait it out, if I got worse I would go. Well the pain got so unbearable and I ended up getting a fever so I decided to go to the hospital. They did a CT with contrast and another ultrasound but didn't see anything. While I was there they gave me pain meds that didn't even help me. It was awful. I went home rested for a few days and started feeling a little better, I was taking it easy and the vomiting started to come back.

It's now been almost a month and the pain from the Costchronditis is coming back because I've been vomiting so randomly. It hits me so randomly but I've been so nauseous at times too. Doc told me to take antacids and eat a bland diet.. it hasn't been working. I'm so frustrated.

Edit: the pregnancy tests I have taken have come back negative.
