Jet 1221vs wobble in headstock

New lathe, but this is driving me crazy. I cannot bring anything into round due to vibration. The base is steady as a rock and the spindle looks steady (in the video). But in the headstock there is something that is spinning off center and I don't know if that is related to measuring the RPM or if its causing my issues. Has anyone had vibration issues with this lathe? Is there something I can reset the headstock to fix the vibration?
