Bottleneck in Siege Post Update

Hey everyone, ive been receiving a bottleneck in siege post update. Way I found out is if I turn down my settings I receive lower FPS than it was in on Ultra. I benchmarked every setting preset and tested a few of my own setups.

Of course people are gonna say keep it on Ultra ez pz, good graphics high frames, but the problem is I am getting significantly less FPS post update with velvet shell. I play with a 144hz monitor so it definitely feels much different after the recent update. Very disappointing, hopefully something gets fixed.
