Good Trade?

I currently have a trade organized. I have a Wismec Skyladon with a Tugboat RDA, and the other party has a Manhattan mod with a Sapor V2 RDA. I'm looking to trade this to him, all parts are fully authentic and all work well. Is this a good trade on my half; am I making a profit in terms of performance, per say?
