Saitek product owners in USA: BEWARE the 90-day WARRANTY !!!

Apparently the 2-year warranty that came with my Saitek/Mad Catz/Logitech X-56 Rhino HOTAS shrank to 90 DAYS from date-of-purchase when Logitech purchased Mad Catz. My Joystick broke twice in 7 months, both times defective in materials and workmanship. Logitech is telling me the $250 paperweight I was using as a joystick had only a 90-day warranty because . . . get this . . . because I AM IN THE USA! That's right, according to Logitech, everywhere else in the world gets a 2-year warranty, USA buyers only get 90-days.

Anyone considering the purchase of a Logitech product, as a professional I.T. consultant I urge you to reconsider. Apparently Logitech's warranty terms are . . . flexible . . .
