Whats the most based phone i can buy?

Its time i got a new phone as my android piece of dhit phone is on its last legs (feel like all phones turn to shit after certain software updates) anyway, i know little about phonrs and ws wondering, should i get the new apple phone or is there a more based phone thats at least partly made in america? I heard mocrosoft is scrapping their phone branch. Appreciate any help. Wish more phones were made in America, its a HUGE industry.
