Looking for a comic book.

I have been looking for a comic book about a world or the earth having a catastrophe fall upon it. The population is put into hibernation to ride out the disaster and also placed into a matrix-styled simulation. Another element of the story is the life support systems start to fail. Does anyone have a idea the name of the comic I just remember the story of the comic not the artist or publisher any help would be welcomed.
