[Bug] Closing Photoshop or Premiere Pro CC freezes Overwatch

I've been having this bug happen to me for about a month now and am wondering am I the only person to experience it. Whenever I use Photoshop or Premiere pro CC for a while then open Overwatch with either still open then close out PS or PR it freezes my Overwatch client. The odd thing is that the Overwatch mouse cursor still shows and I can move it. Also I hear the ingame audio even voice comms but I can't interact with the game and the screen is frozen. It has caused me to abandon many competitive matches and lost me a good 300+ SR this season.

Am I the only person that goes through this? I can replicate it pretty easily if a dev wants to know how to do it.
