Bought the deluxe edition

Just like the title says I bought the deluxe edition. That's suppose to come with the deluxe pack an the legacy pack. But now that I get to look I have not received anything in these packs nothing, there downloaded but after looking thru the game I never received anything tho. Is anyone else running into this problem? An if so how do you fix the issue???? If it's any help it's on the Xbox OneS
