just diagnosed w/ staph aureus

Issue:
At the age of 25, after 6 years of battling what I thought was yeast infection, my new dermatologist has now diagnosed me with staph aureus.

Symptoms: My symptoms, although some may be unrelated, these past 6 years have been:
-inconsistent sleep
-handful of respiratory infections
-aggravated sinuses
-jock itch (especially when in bed)
-anul itch (especially when in bed)
-gross skin peeling off of my testicals (especially when in bed)
-itchy, dry, stuffy nose
-making people sneeze around me
-itchy ears
-itchy scalp
-inability to recover from shoulder surgery 2 years ago. (synovitis and cranky rotator cuff)
-dimentia like symptoms
-inability to find a girlfriend

How my doc found out:
My doc found out after doing a bacterial test on my balls and anus. At first she examined and felt like the test wasn't necessary, however I insisted and told her I was given the test before and that my last dermatologist said I had a high count of bacteria, which I originally thought was due to yeast.

Prescribed medication:
-bactroban 2x a day for 5 days on private areas and nostrils
-bleach rag wipe down on infected areas (1 tea spoon of 6% unconcentrated bleach) 1-2x a week
-doc recommended moisturizer directly after showering
How I've dealt for so long:
The reason I think I've been able to go through it so long is because of athletics and eating well.

Questions:
Has anyone else gone through this?
Any recommendations?
Can I rid of this shit forever?
Thanks for your time and help.
