[Question] Deleted Cydia Installer and I made the mistake of reset all content and settings!

Basically, I need help with everything. Cydia is gone and when I try to sideload cydia its all weird like. Text is in all capitals and I can't install nor remove tweaks (it crashes)

P.S. please give useful info other than saying "wow you messed up"
