Friendly bars in SF with younger crowd

I visited SF before and I've been to QBar, Hi-Tops, and Lookout, and The Mix. Visiting again for a few days this weekend and I want to check out the bars at night. I felt like the bars were mostly populated by older men and there was either a sexual atmosphere or people were out with friends and not open to conversation. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do except have a drink and maybe dance to super loud pop music. Also got sexually harassed by an older man while taking Muni. It kind of felt like Grindr with less forwardness and without the block button. I'm in my early 20s. Is there a good bar that has a friendly crowd that isn't just middle-aged and older men? I'd also be open to sitting at a cafe or coffee shop during the day if that might be better for meeting people.
