Any ideas about what this sign says?

Just as Nancy says "I'm going to reverse" and Abel says " You can't reverse", this sign shows up in the rear view mirror.

What does it say? I always assumed it said "Once was blind", but it doesn't say that.

This is really weird. I only found that guy by slowing down the tape. You can't see him unless you do. He just appears!
