Connection Issues on only one device

I keep getting a network error that tells me to check my network connection whenever I try and enter the game from the title screen. My connection is just fine, I can play other online games and access websites. I can even play the game on my phone just fine from my house's wifi, but I still can't connect via my main computer. I've tried a number of solutions already such as reinstalling, restarting my computer, logging out of steam then resetting the router, etc. None of them have worked. Does anyone have any other ways to tackle this issue?
