A discussion about Spellboost and Daria's big Advantage

I think most people agree as a leader trait Spellboost is a bit over tuned, but that's been covered. One thing that I haven't seen discussed that much is that you can't accurately predict when Daria decks are going to play what.

When I'm playing against Sword, I know to play around Albert at 5 and 9 or Aurelia at 5. I know aggro blood likely has an Imp Lancer at 6. Against pretty much every other deck, I can roughly predict what they are going to play when, and what they could potentially play.

I have no bloody idea what Daria decks are going to play! Also give she dumps cards from her hand to refill her deck, I also don't know for sure how many of a given card she still has available. Less of a problem though, because you could argue the same for any deck that runs altered fate or discards.

Not a controversial opinion, but yea a reason Daria is so frustrating is that the match up is very heavily skewed towards what the Daria player draws and you can't really play around what they may or may not have in their hand. Besides a Levi on turn 4 or 5, lets be real they always have that!

Capping how much a follower's cost can be reduced by would help with this. As I know for example worst case he has to use 4PP to play a Daria. I think spell boosting to increase the damage of a card (wind blast or Rune Blader) is less of an issue though, I wouldn't change that!

Interested to know people's thoughts?
