Napoli Career Mode signing recommendations?

Starting a new CM with Napoli, and need help on who to buy. I feel that their attackers pretty good with mertens, callejon, insigne, and hamsik, but midfield and defence could use some work. I plan on using a 4-2-3-1 formation as follows further down. Two players I have are florentin pogba, and Xabi alonso (step down to finish his career) as they need a deep creative midfielder in my opinion. Formation: Mertens Insigne-hamsik-callejon Allan- xabi alonso Ghoulam-koulibaly-albiol-hysaj Reina

With this I hope to create a pacey attacking team, but need help on signings. Are there any realistic signing that I could make or players they are or have been linked with? And what do you think of the ones I have in mind? And if anyone knows any YouTube series on a Napoli cm please let me know as I couldn't find any.
