Does she still maintain the belief that she is THE Ymir?

At the end of Ch. 50 or 51 she refers to herself as a Goddess, which implies that it's still an idea she has held on to. But, in Chapter 89 she tells Historia the only reason she continued to say she was the original Ymir was to take the fall for her 'followers'
