HELP ! PFSENSE Migration Dell R310

So I migrated from the atom cpu i was having issues with. I bought a dell R310. Lan 1 is wan Lan 2 is Lan. Plugged it into my switch using the same ethernet cables and my LAN for sure is maxxed at 16MB/s. File transfers confirm this and so do online speed test. I can not confirm if WAN is limited until I resolve LAN. What would cause this to happen? All I did was restore the configuration onto this server, reconfigure it and then reboot. My switch does not show any 100mbit lines connected to it and everything shows as 1000mbit.
