Equipment getting stronger.

Solved: Wasn't a bug at all, I was upgrading equipment which provided a boost to the item's stats.

I can't tell if it's just a visual bug, or if it's actually increasing the damage, but every week all my weapons and hats damage gets a random amount of damage boost, My Onyx Halberd is now at x115 and started at about x55, My Phygian cap started at x77 and is now at x103, This is also effecting items that aren't equipped. I'm not picking up any equipment when it changes, I am not switching devices, or committing to a prestige when it happens. It's very very random. has anyone else experienced/noticed this?
