First build - static noise in headphones when I play cs go

Finally finished my first build. Everything is great except for this. It's only with cs go and only once I get in game. Tried both front and back ports for aux plugin. It's a pretty decent setup, and everything was put in correctly. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?
