What high school science should I take?

Hello, my name is Daniel and I'm going into my junior year of high school in a few months. I recently got my course selection sheet and I do not know what to pick for the science category. My future occupation is to become a cardio thoracic surgeon and I want a subject that can benefit me the most. I also want to major biochemistry when I go to college.

Here are some of the science selections: -Physics -AP Physics 1 -AP Biology -AP Chemistry -Forensic Science -Human Body Systems

I understand that high school science is not important however I want take a subject that can benefit me into preparing for med school.
