[Build Upgrade] What's my next step?

Hello all, I need some help/advice on what to invest in next to keep my rig up to date with today's games/programs. Primarily use this setup for Cinema 4D/Premiere Pro/Gaming. Specs are:

• i7 4790k (stock clock)
• Hyper 212 EVO (scared to death of OC'ing because I might mess it all up)
• MSI SLI Krait Edition
• 32GBs of Hyper Fury X
• EVGA 980ti FTW
• EVGA 750W G2
• 2x 1TB WD Blues
• 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO
• ASUS VP228H (been with me since 2011)

Waiting for any news on a 1080ti being released before the year is out since I don't know if in the next 2-3 years my 9 series will be valid anymore.

• I was thinking of a new monitor somewhere in the G-Sync / 1ms / 1440p / 120Hz+ range if possible (max amount I would go is 650$).
• Or maybe some newer storage, already reaching critical mass on both WD drives. Any/all help is really appreciated, thanks for looking!
