Need to find slider control

Anyone know of a capacitive touch slider sensor that detects the slide and a tap. I am looking to use it as a solo controller to navigate a list and select an entry. I will be connecting it to a raspberry pi. A huge plus would be a write up showing how to connect it. I have found many buttons, but can't find a slider.
