Looking for advice from military pilots

I am seeking advice from military pilots, specifically army warrant officers. My WOFT packet got selected at the last selection board, and now I'm waiting on a class date. Currently I am active duty enlisted. I would greatly appreciate any career/training advice and any experiences or wisdom that anyone has to share.
