Failed...

I was doing good, I had went 53 hours porn and fap free, the temptation started coming on strong, I felt like I was in a daze, my mind went numb, and then I caved in, twice. I feel very guilty about it. how do I fight this sin? I cant seem to shake it. Please pray for me, I reset at 9:00 P.M. Please, I need help
