"This delivery is no longer available"

I've seen this message today 5 times!!! Without any announcement of accepting any delivery (in the last 3 hrs when I got no deliveries) nor any sound !!! What's going on?? Or I could hear the sound, but no "Accept" button. Anybody else experiencing this? I'm in Las Vegas. The App had an update today, twice. It feels more like "down-date"
