[Recommendations] Where can I buy size 28C bras in Canada?

Context from previous post

I'm having some trouble finding my size from mainstream stores. I really like padded bras with three hooks, but open to other options. From my previous post I purchased some 30B/C/D bras (recommended by other users) from Aerie and they finally arrived. I tried them out and the band kept rising up when I was lifting my arms, so I'm pretty sure I'm a 28C.

I'm at my wits-end right now, I have never worn a bra that fits me well.

I'm just wondering if anyone could suggest some Canadian sites that would sell my size? Thanks!

EDIT: Has anyone shopped via bouxavenue? This one looks good. I'm just checking the first websites that I see when I search for 28C bras
