Need to find a good soundbar for a 4k tv with no Bluetooth

So my parents bought a westinghouse 55" 4k tv on black Friday and are asking me to help them decide on a soundbar under $100. I discovered the tv has no Bluetooth and I am having trouble with this. There doesnt seem to be a very wide selection of wired soundbars that are any good. What should I do? Do Bluetooth receivers do well with this kind of thing? I am at a loss here.
