[Question] Saving and quitting without breaking a party on PC.

Sorry if this is a noob question, but when farming bosses with my friends on PC, everytime I save and quit to reload the boss our party breaks and they have to rejoin my game. Is there a way for our party to stay together when I save and quit so they dont have to constantly rejoin? Thank you in advance
