Is the Tesla Tower underrated?

I honestly think it is. It provides great value for 4 Elixir, being able to strike air and ground troops. The underground mechanism also helps against fireball-crazy players.

However, nobody uses it. You can scroll through TV Royale all you want and you'll be very lucky to see someone using a Tesla Tower.

Why is it a forgotten card? It's a much-improved variant of the Cannon (better DPS, hitpoints, and lifetime, all for 1 extra elixir). I'm not saying it's the best defensive card in the game, but it needs more respect.
