High defensive bonus armour and +max hp per piece but negativ attack/str bonus?

Maybe lvl 80 armour with defense bonuses 20-25% higher than barrows and helm/plate/legs gave +4/+6/+5 hp but each piece reduced all attack bonuses by -10 and each piece gave -3 strength. This armour would give pos defense in all stats
