ELI5 : How does cubesats stabilize themselves in space after deployment?

From this video from the recent launch by ISRO (where 88 nano satellites from Planet.com are placed into orbit), it appears that the cubesats are spinning wildly in space. How does they stabilize themselves, and after how long do they become stable to be operable?
