Is it normal to not get a confirmation email from tarte?

I ordered the pro eyeshadow palette yesterday and now it has been a whole business day and I haven't gotten a thank you email or an order number. I totally understand that I wouldn't have gotten a shipping email yet, but having no confirmation that I payed (which I know went through because paypal emailed me) is a little weird. Has this happened to you guys?
