21/M/US - Hoping to make a friend :)

Hi there! :)

Just thought I would come here in the hopes of making a female or male friend. Honestly, it sucks not having someone to chat to daily/every now and then. I've tried contacting people here, but it appears that most just either lose interest or can't keep a conversation going (ends up becoming a one-sided relationship, sadly). I just wish to find that one friend where we can talk about life, share funny videos/memes, maybe watch shows together, or talk about almost anything/everything. School currently takes up a considerable portion of my time, but I find myself to be alone for most of the day as it's currently difficult for me to make many friends around on campus, hence why I decided to come here and see who I can befriend. I do hope to find a long term and genuine friendship and am interested to see where it goes. :)

Like I mentioned before, I'm currently a college student. I'm in my third year, majoring within the biological sciences and starting research very soon. Some of my interests include soccer, video composing, gaming, reading, volunteering, fitness, and traveling. You don't have to have the same interests as me, but I would like to learn more about your interests and hobbies.
