Paranoia about One+ International "unlimited" LTE hotspot

So tomorrow I'm going to be changing my plan to T-Mobile One Plus International mainly because of the unlimited LTE hotspot. I've heard about how "primary usage must be on smartphone" blah blah blah. I was wondering if anybody here has ever been contacted for... "overuse"? Where I live, most people are on Verizon, so we don't have a lot of T-Mobile customers here anyways... and sometimes I'll travel with friends to a rural area with no wifi and a PS4... I get T-Mobile coverage, and game updates are about 50GB each nowadays... Basically, can I use my "unlimited LTE" hotspot without guilt on "the network built for unlimited", or should I be careful? I mean, worst comes to worst I can just jump to Verizon's new unlimited should they have a problem. In my opinion, they're not really in a position to bother customers ever since Verizon's new unlimited offer...
